Money worth spending

well... today i went to IMM with her... kinda fun other than them keep shocking each other XD

well... first time for a few years i bought something for myself again

"Christian ways to reduce stress"

its like for a violent person like me... yup...

so ya... i read awhile... and kinda meaningful..

i will take out some examples and put it here =)

1. Pray
Yup... in the secret place where we can get close to God... is praying

22. Talk to God on the spot. Do not wait till its time to go to bed to try to pray
Well... kinda need a reminder for this... i din always do it... i mean praying on the spot of problems

24. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.
This... i will say that to hide God's word in your heart and nothing will turn out bad because of that

27. Laugh some more
Laugher is the best medicine right? =)
